About the Wine Library

This site has been set up in an aim to help educate the masses. Not only does the wine world keep changing but the words used in the industry are alien to most of us. Now when you purchase a wine you can get an idea of how it tastes through easily looking up words that are hard to understand... (what does a Aussie Cabernet Sauvignon aged in new oak barriques that has gone through maloatic fermentation actually taste like and why?!)

Also on this site reviews will be posted on wines that I have tried, liked or not liked, and can recommend as value for money. These will be wines suited to my own palate, some may not agree, but each to their own, wine is in the eye (or mouth) of the beholder.
