White, Italy, Marche: This wine has been made in this area for 600 years.
The wines are pale, traditionaly high in acidity with a characteristic white fruit, blossom and nutty flavour. It is also used to make sparkling wine from this area (spumante)
Classic Areas are the DOCs of Castelli di Jesi and Matelica.
