Region
North East Italy, on the East side of Lake Garda and stretching North to the Austrian border in the Alps. Veneto regularly produces the third biggest volume of wine in Italy, behind Apulia and Sicily. The main varietals are Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara and Garganega, used to make Amarone, Valpolicella, Bardolino and Soave.
