Tempranillo

Red: Tempranillo means 'early ripener'. It is mainly found in Spain and has sort out its fame through Rioja. Other regions include Ribera del Duero were is is called Tinto Fino. It makes stylish wines which are aromatic with strawberry and sour cherry flavours that combine perfectly with the flavours of oak in the Crianza, Reserva and Gran Reserva wines and in hotter areas dark fruits emerge. Experimental plantings are starting to take place around the world.
