Germany: Now called Prädikatswein: - Kabinett, Spätlese, Auslese, Beerenauslese, Eiswein, Trockenbeerenauslese are catergories listed in order of must weight. Generally speaking these get sweater as the go up. May not be chaptalised and can only come from 13 wine growing regions and 39 sub regions.
