One of the most Northerly producing wine areas in Australia, suited 2 hours from Sydney in New South Wales.

Famed for its big Chardonnays, Shiraz and delicate Semillons which are classically dry in style and unblended, unlike in the old world. Young Hunter Semillon is fresh and citrusy 5+ years in the bottle, it turns a golden with nuts, honey, butter and toasty flavours.
