Grape
Red: This grape is king of Beaujolais. It is used with carbonic maceration to get low tannic, red fruit forward wine with hints of bubble gum and banana. These are to be drunk a young as possible. In the Cru vineyards it produces rich, meaty wines which will keep for a short while.
