White: This is a widely-planted type is in Hungary and is a late ripening usually in the second half of October. It takes Botrytis well and is used in the famous Hungarian wine, Tokaji, from Mad. Dry is produces wines with Lime and stone fruit flavours. Sweet is can produce wines off enormous complexity accompanied by high acidity to cut through the sweetness.
