Mulberry fruit, not overly juicy, dark plum, redcurrant and black currant, cedar, vanilla, pepper, dark spices, clove and coffee. A serious style Zin with medium + ripe tannin, full body, intense flavours and medium + finish. 2-3 years.

Food Matching: On its own, with bbq meat, juicy red steaks, ribs, game or beef burger.
