Again, more fruit forward than Fay and SLV. Ripe forest fruit, blackcurrant, crushed blackberries, cedar wood, sweet spices, hint of minerals, leather and white pepper. Medium + acidity, hot on the palate, full body, ripe chalky tannin, with chocolate and mocha coming through on the palate, again with a bit of bret followed by a long finish.

Food Matching: Roast red meats, duck with a cherry glaze and pork chops.
