Sweet spices, cinnamon, touch of bret, dark cherry, blackcurrant, not jammy at all, new leather, earth and white pepper. Medium + acidity, full body, high tannins which aren’t yet integrated and a long yet slightly bitter finish.

Food Matching: Roast red meats, duck with a cherry glaze and pork chops.
