Rich, modern Cabernet blend. Cassis, blackberry, blueberry and sweet ripe spices of white pepper, cedar and clove. Full bodied, very ripe tannin with high alcohol. Will hold for 2-5 years.

Food Matching: On its own, with bbq meat, juicy red steaks, ribs, and duck.
