Lovely nose, medium + intense, of integrated new leather, green bell pepper, blackcurrant, cassis, dark cherry, minerality, smoke, sweet spice, cinnamon, cedar wood and a touch of vanilla. Medium + acidity with elegant, will integrated tannin, medium + body, with full flavours, a touch of bitterness and a long, well integrated finish. Feels a little hot. Drink for 5 years.

Food Matching: Great on its own, with red meats, meaty fish, game, and full flavoured dishes.
