Earthy, old leather, new leather, spice, clove, tobacco, blackcurrant, black cherry, blackberry, plum and cedar wood. Medium + intensity but not in your face, medium + body, medium + well integrated tannin, with a medium + well integrated finish. A lovely wine to drink now of in the next 3 years.

Food Matching: A little more refined red meat dishes, a Sunday roast, lamb and blue cheeses.
