Grape: 50% Corvina 50% Rondinella

Garnet, with a cherried, Amontillado nose, with hazelnut, Christmas cake, smoke, liquorice, still some red fruit, herbal cherry, old leather, forest floor, spirit, tobacco and spice. These are all kept fresh on the palate but a lovely acidity, a medium full body, medium fine grain tannin completely integrated with a length that goes on and on. Heavenly.

Food Matching: On it's own, or with very delicate red meat dishes.
