Grape: 80 % Grenache, 20 % Syrah

Extremely youthful, with a tight tannic grip, full body of ripe blackberry, pepper, black spices, garrique herbs, liquorice and pencil shavings. Holds the alcohol content well. This could mature to be a great wine. Drink 5-15 years.

Food Matching: Roast lamb, robust red meats.
