Developed smoky bacon, flint, high minerality, still very focused, some of the lemon fruit starting to fade a little, toast oak, white pepper, slightly salty, nuts, high acidity and a medium body. Long finish. Opened up more after half an hour in the glass.

Food Matching: Roast white meats, bacon, mushrooms, heavier fish.
