Grape: 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 38% Merlot and 2% Cabernet Franc

Slightly unbalanced with the tannins sticking out. Garnet starting to appear at the rim. Medium intensity not of cedar, leather, black fruits, plum and black spice. Fully mature now, drink up.

Food Matching: Roast dinner, hearty stews.
