Light straw with tints of green. It doesn’t jump out of the glass at you like some Australian Chardonnays. Fragrant with citrus, grapefruit, nectarine, minerality, some white spice and lick of oak. Very stylish, focused with a great length.

Food Matching: Chicken in a creamy sauce or white meat.
