Modern, classic medium bodied Cabernet. Not a new world powerhouse but refined. It’s got blackcurrant, raspberry, mint, eucalypt, minerals, vanilla toast and cedar wood. Fresh with good acidity and a long finish. At peak but will hold for another 2-4 years.

Food Matching: Great with red meats, roast turket, red meat and tomato dishes.
