This wine has a great, clean, aromatic nose with flint / mineral notes, grass, leaves and gooseberry fruit. It has a light body, with minerally gooseberry flavours, finishing fine and fresh. Stylish and refined, being closer to the Loire in style than being a New World Sauvignon.
