Passion fruit, cut grass (it’s a good thing), peach and a touch of lean minerality. The acidity leaves the palate fresh, but the finish is shorter than the 07. This is the style that has made Sauvignon so popular.

Food Matching: Aromatic Asian food, Morrocon dishes, with light spiced chicken on a light salad.
