Very rich red colour with a garnet rim. On the nose the it is intensely perfumed with blackberry, raspberry, roses, and liquorice. Well balanced acidity with intense flavours and a long long, powerful finish.

Food Matching: Tenderloin steaks and gorgonzola cheese, provencal lamb with vegetables, lamb chops, beef goulash.
