Had this a couple of weeks ago, and just read in a wine Magazine reviewers giving it 20/20….mmm. Not very deep in colour, showing a touch of garnet at the rim. Warm red fruit with a medium intensity on the nose and palate with herbs, sweet spice such as nutmeg, a medium acidity, fine grained tannins and very good length finish. Easily drinking now but will keep 2-10 years depending on taste. Expected more though.
Food Matching: Grilled steaks with thyme, peppered rib-eye steak, or peppered rack of lamb.
