Grape: 32% Chardonnay, 53% Pinot Noir, 15% Pinot Meunier

This rose has a bit more development showing a touch of autolysis alongside sweet red fruit - such as crushed raspberries. Again, the high acidity keeps the palate fresh, followed by a medium length finish, which doesn’t quite fill the whole mouth.

Food Matching: Summer aperitif, fruit based desserts and white cheeses.
