Showing a bit more than the brut with citrus fruit and sharp green apples, given complexity with a touch of vanilla and some autolytic notes (bread/yeast), this carries through when drinking in, with more body and gentle bubbles.

Food Matching: Can be enjoyed as an aperitif and as a delicious accompaniment to grilled fish, seafood, canapés and Fois Gras.
