Onion skin colour, with a great nose of ripe red fruits compote. A full bodied rosé with powerful red fruits, a touch of aging and crisp acidity. An almost new world sparkling with ripeness and power of fruit.

Food Matching: A perfect summer aperitif, but also with fruit based desserts and selected cheeses.
