A powerful Merlot, with aromas of ripe blackcurrants and plums, with vanilla oak, cedar, coconut and sweet spices. The tannins are surprisingly high but are very ripe and soft. It’s quite full in body with powerful ripe black fruits, with vanilla, chocolate and a hint of coffee. It has a medium length finish which is quite hot in alcohol, and oak flavours. This stuff will get you trollied!

Food Matching: Rich, robust BBQ meat, red meats with rich sauces.
