Grape: 100% Riesling

A medium dry wine, smelling intense and youthful. Pear, lemon, lime and honey flavours are cut through by a well balanced acidity. Some of those flavours taste a bit synthetic if not soapy, which leaves the finish feeling a little odd.

Food Matching: Light fruit salads or citrus tarts.
