Golden Amber, with pronounced apricot, honey, bananas, passion fruit, orange peel and vanilla all practically punching you in the nose. Medium dry, (so a touch of natural sweetness) with high acidity balancing it perfectly. The finish is long and bold.

Food Matching: Salads, soups, as an aperitif, and just on its own.
