Citrus, white flowers, freshly baked buns and yeast and almost slightly vegetal. Naturally high acidty rips through and balances these flavours well, with a long minerally finish. It truly is like sucking on a stone!!

Food Matching: Crayfish with savoury butter sauce, langoustine,monkfish and sole. White cheeses and fresh herbs .
