Grape: 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Malbec, 10% Merlot,10% Syrah

Deep deep purple. Dry, with intensely ripe blackberry, plum, mocha and vanilla oak with touch pepper. Loads of ripe tannin with a long finish. A classic Michele Rolland style.

Food Matching: Full flavoured, hearty dishes, grilled, pan fried or roasted red meats and mature cheese.
