South Australia: Barossa Region: Slightly cooler than the Barossa Valley itself, the Eden Valley has a range of growing conditions due to altitude, soil and aspect. In hotter areas, high quality Shiraz and Cabernet is made although the difference in day/night temperature in cooler areas creates wonderful, fine Riesling, which can get better with age.
