White: Chenin Blanc finds its home in the middle of the Loire Valley. Here it can produce numerous styles from lean acidic whites to some of the best sweet wines of the world. No matter what style it is made in it always retains a large amount of acidity allowing the sweet wines to age.
South Africa have spearheaded New World Chenin it tends towards more tropical flavours. These are lower in acidity and more neutral in style.
