RegionChile: A large fertile region where grapes ripen easily and has sufficient water from natural irrigation from the Andes. It has fertile soils on its 1,000-km-long plateau. It has many sub regions each producing very good wines of exceptional value. Regoins: Rapel: Cachapoal and Colchagua Valleys, Maipo, Curico, and Maule.
