Grape
White: From Piemonte in North West Italy. It is a dry white, with typical flavours of peach and almond alongside medium to low acidity. It was given DOC status in the Langhe and Roero areas in 2004. Most are to be drunk young and fresh. It is also planted to a very limited extent in California and Australia.
